Utilities & Regulated Companies

Several governmental bodies and public agencies have diversity goals or reporting requirements for themselves and for companies under their jurisdiction.  It is in their best interest to encourage competitive business opportunities for all of their constituents.  These departments, agencies, and companies are uniquely positioned to build relationships within the communities they serve through the development, inclusion, and utilization of certified minority, women, LGBT, and service-disabled veteran-owned business enterprises whenever possible.

 With the foregoing in mind, here is a high-level list of entities with Diversity Goals and/or Reporting Requirements:
